Delhi-born star restaurateur Zorawar Kalra is at the helm of multiple modern Indian restaurant chains. The son of the late Jiggs Kalra, the iconic chef and food columnist, Kalra’s love for food and desire to elevate Indian cuisine led him to launch ZK Restaurant Concepts in 2006. He followed it up with Massive Restaurants six years later.
