Vistara Airlines is all set to fly international starting August 6. And, their first international stop is Singapore. Details below! By Kumar Shree

After recently receiving the government’s nod to fly international, Vistara Airlines is now gearing up for international operations, which will start plying from August 6 onward with two daily flights to Singapore from Delhi (UK115) and Mumbai (UK105). The flight from Delhi will first take-off on August 6 and the one from Mumbai will first fly on August 7. Flights on other international destinations will soon be added to the Vistara network.

For their trips to Singapore, Vistara will fly the Boeing 737-800NG aircraft with the classic two-class cabin configuration—business and economy. An all-inclusive round-trip fare for the Delhi-Singapore-Delhi route will come at INR 21,877 for economy and INR 76,890 for the business class. The same for Singapore-Delhi-Singapore will cost SGD 451 (INR 22,768) for economy and SGD 1452 (INR 73,302) for business class. The fares for Mumbai-Singapore-Mumbai would be INR 20,778 for economy and INR 63,331 for business, while that for Singapore-Mumbai-Singapore would be SGD 522 (INR 26,352) for economy and SGD 1972 (INR 99,554) for business class.

While announcing the new international flights, Mr. Leslie Thng, Chief Executive Officer, Vistara, said, “We’re excited to start with Singapore as our first international destination… As we soon take the ‘new feeling of flying’ to more international destinations, we hope to provide our customers from overseas the finest way to experience India and inspire travellers from across India to explore more of the world.”
