If you are planning to travel internationally, no need to worry about the lengthy booking procedures anymore, as international flights can once again be booked easily via travel portals, and agents, nearly after four months since the lockdown

Since the resumption of repatriation flights to bring stranded Indians back or ferry foreigners back to their homelands, the only way to book a special flight so far has been either via an embassy or through airline’s official websites. However, now you can book a ticket in any of the operational international flights including Air India’s Vande Bharat flights, easily, via booking portals.

Foreigners who are stuck in India can book these international flights on MakeMyTrip to go back home. Indians stuck in Dubai can book a repatriation flight by Emirates through MakeMyTrip,” MakeMyTrip said on its official website.

Moreover, as India recently started air bubbles with the US, France and Germany, the booking portal reportedly started sales for Air France, United, Lufthansa and Air India on July 18. In fact, SpiceJet has become the first private Indian airline and the second airline from the country, after Air India, to be designated as the scheduled carrier to the US.

Furthermore, sales for Air India repatriation flights to the US and Europe have also started on other portals such as ixigoClearTrip and Easemytrip.com. Ixigo has reportedly confirmed that airlines such as Emirates, Etihad, Fly Dubai and Air India Express, flying limited flights to West Asia can easily be booked on their portals.

Meanwhile, ClearTrip has also assured that it is offering Travel Safe and FlexiFly — in order to take care of all the required aspects of a customer, such as rules, regulations, quarantine norms, flexibility in cancelling and rescheduling, etc.

After successfully starting air bubbles with the US, France and Germany, India is likely to soon start its next travel bubble with Israel
