Often professional chefs woo their diners with extravagant dishes crafted using innumerable ingredients fused together by a complicated process. Chef Shivesh Bhatia, on the other hand, brings delicious simplicity to the table with equal finesse. All of 23 years, this young chef has left a trail of sugar and dough across the world. With more than 200 thousand followers on Instagram (and counting!), 75 thousand subscribers on YouTube, and a published book to his name, this self-taught baker has risen to fame faster than a cake in the oven! Although based out of Delhi, Chef Bhatia’s love for travel has taken him around the globe to places like Japan, Australia, Netherlands, Dubai, United Kingdom and more. Along the way, he brought with him sweet treats and gifted the world very happy tummies!

For this episode of #TnlTasteOfTheWorld, Chef Bhatia brings his love for travels by teaching overnight oats – a global breakfast dish. However, keeping in sync with his lively persona, he adds a touch of colourful playfulness to an otherwise classic recipe by teaching three variations of the same: apple pie overnight oats; peanut butter and jelly overnight oats; and chocolate banana oats.
