Some key highlights from this specially curated menu include — Danish pastries, muffins, croissants, bircher muesli, berry compote, poori bhaji, paratha, uttapam, dosa, etc., in breakfast. Also, there’s a choice of shakes, smoothies, juices, and more available in the selection of beverages. For appetizers, think smoked salmon platter, chicken caesar salad, Mesclun green salad with French vinaigrette, roasted Norwegian salmon, Lasagne mille-feuille, and more.

Amongst the Thai dishes, there arenue poo thod (grilled crab cakes with spicy chilli sauce)pla nam prik pao (fish in roasted chilli paste)koong samrod (king prawns, chilli paste and makroot leaves)kai phad bai kraprao (stir-fried ground chicken, sweet basil, red chili)gaeng leung (Thai yellow curry), bamee (stir-fried yellow noodles), and more.

Moreover, hospitality company IHCL also recently announced its plans to implement enhanced precautionary measures while preparing to reopen as soon as the lockdown ends. The work is already in progress across all its hotels that fall under brands such as Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions, and Ginger.
