The perfectly brewed café menu curated by Chef Sidharth Sharma at Saints N Sinners at Golf Course Road, Gurugram is everything you’ll need to have a perfect winter breakfast scene. By Priyanka Chakrabarti

If you like going out for winter brunches, Saints N Sinners in Gurugram, will pleasantly surprise you. Located on the ground floor of the Global Foyer building, this cosy eatery doubles as a café in the day and a resto-pub by the evening. We recently visited this restaurant to try out their latest café menu, and #TNLRecommends it.

The ambience is chic and very millennial; think sleek wooden furnishing, pop cultural references through arty elements on the walls, lots of legendary rock band posters (for instance, Pink Floyd, Beatles and the likes), a live music podium in the centre of the setup, a well-stocked bar, and a top floor that houses old-school, sink-into-me leather sofas.

We pick a snug corner on the ground floor for our meal. Chef Sidharth Sharma greets us with the latest café menu and tells us how this breakfast menu is not just meant for the health-conscious folks but is great for people who are looking for delicious yet pocket-friendly options. We are sold!

From salads and soups, to pizzas, pastas, grilled meat, sandwiches and waffles – the options got us salivating! We start with the classic Ceasar salad – crunchy lettuce leaves topped with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, grated Parmesan dust and whipped in house Ceasar dressing was served with herb-rubbed chicken slices. We love. Next, we ask for the soup of the day, and we are served a large bowl of Chicken Manchow soup, garnished with ginger slivers – perfect beverage to beat the winter chill. Up next is a serving of good-old Pepperoni pizza, and the new-age Butter Chicken pizza. We’ll reserve our vote for the Pepperoni pizza!

We also order a grilled chicken and feta cheese sandwich. This is delectable! The chicken is smeared with mint paste and wrapped in freshly plucked lettuce leaves and topped with Kalamata olives. Now, when you are reviewing a ‘café’ menu, you cannot afford to miss out on the waffles! We order a simple waffle served with maple syrup and a scoop of velvet-textured whipped cream. Total winner!

They also have a ‘Large Plates’ section on the menu that plates out individually-portioned signatures like chicken biriyani, Thai curry with rice, grilled chicken Florentine and more.

Lastly, they have an appetising selection of shakes and smoothies. Our favourites are the Marshmallow shake, and Cookie and Cream shake.

Now, we know, we all have more than one reason to spend the weekend snugged in our blankets, but planning a meal at Saints N Sinners, Gurugram is a great idea for the weekend. You are welcome!
