Kesar Badam Lassi
- 1 cup yoghurt
- Almond paste
- Saffron-infused milk
- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Saffron strands as garnish
- Almonds as garnish
- In a bowl, add yoghurt and almond paste. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add saffron-infused milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Add milk to adjust the consistency if required.
- Pour into a glass, and garnish with chopped almonds and saffron strands.
