Christmas 2020 just got a whole lot better as we can now stay in a holiday house that’ll make all our Christmas dreams come true. Lifetime, an American cable channel has teamed up with Vrbo, a vacation rental platform to present, us, holidayers with a house that’ll make us feel like we’ve walked right into a Christmas movie set.
‘It’s a Wonderful Lifetime’ holiday house is located in Connecticut and features plenty of holiday elements from some of our favourite films. The decor includes giant nutcrackers from A Welcome Home Christmas, a Christmas train set from Feliz Navidad, and a DIY gingerbread house kit inspired by A Sugar & Spice Holiday. The home also comes equipped with 30 Lifetime holiday movies that you can binge-watch during your stay.

The holiday house is 2,100-square-feet in size and can easily accommodate up to six people. Guests will be surrounded by Christmas wreaths and trees, fake snowflakes, fairy lights, a gingerbread house selfie station, a Santa letter-writing station, and a backyard polar bear lodge. The festive holiday house was brought to life with the help of experienced holiday decorator and star of The Christmas Edition, Carly Hughes.
The holiday house serves as the ideal getaway for Christmas 2020 and is available to book for a minimum of a three-night stay. The rent of the house begins at $100 (INR 7,391) per night. Christmas is also complete when we give back to the society and that’s exactly what staying at this holiday house would mean, as all of the vacation rental collection will go directly to a charity.
