Bringing a fusion of artisanal foods and conscious eating is of prime importance to this European Food Hall. Naturally, then, a similar philosophy backs their special menu as well. The dishes here include innovative delicacies like ten leaves salad in lychee honey dressing, as well as the more classic foods like sabudana wada. Catering to hungry souls, this menu is served in a thali style, within which 13 dishes are ready to tantalise your palate.

Price: INR 1,480 per thali

Digging into an oriental thali during a fast might not sound like a traditional way of going about things, but that’s exactly what Cha-Shi excels at: unconventional. Replete with dishes like Cantonese Tong Sui Soup; Som Tam Salad; deep fried asparagus and water chestnut dumplings; cucumber avocado gunkan; and mango coconut sago, this meal is sure to satisfy your hungry soul. If you’re looking for something less expansive than a full-fledged thali, opt for snacks like arbi fry, sabudana pakoda, sweet potato chaat, and more.

Price: INR 950 per thali; INR 550 for snacks

3. Punjab Grill, Janpath

Although the special menu is available across all their outlets in the capital city, the Janpath branch is the most easily accessible one. A multi-course meal, this exclusive culinary journey begins with a koshimbir salad, only to then meander its way to a sabudana bhel puri and shakarandi ki chaat. For main course, expect to see delicacies like chironji ki dal, rajgira ki puri, aloo singhara dahi vada, and more. For desert, dig into dollops of cheena kheer and doodhi ka halwa.

Price: INR 595 per thali
