The screens which will be of India’s largest multiplex chain- PVR Cinemas – will be put up in the multi-level car parking complex, currently under construction.

The theatre to be built by the Olympia Group at a cost of INR 250 crore, and with a reported investment of INR 15 crore by PVR Cinemas, will also have food and beverage options, and roughly over 1,000 seats.

Moreover, reports also suggest of a three or four level car parking lot and a hypermarket facility. And, the theatre is likely to be opened for public by October this year.

Reports further suggest that PVR is expecting around 80 per cent locals and 20 per cent transit passengers.
