Mango and Avocado Toast


  • ½ avocado
  • ½ mango
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ lemon
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Bread


  • Halve an avocado, and slice or mash it—depending upon how ripe it is.
  • Julienne the mango.


  • Take a bread, and spread the avocado on it.
  • Next, place the mango slices on top.
  • Season with pepper, salt, red chilli powder and the zest of half a lemon.
